Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Marketing Manager-Food, the Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Lassonde Snacks Division marketing department. This role has a strong focus on consumer-facing campaign execution and project management, working on national brands under the SunRype banner including Fruit to Go, Fruitsource and Good Bites.

Key activities
- Support sampling and experiential marketing initiatives, including planning, sample ordering, agency coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Develop and schedule social media content across brand channels, ensuring alignment with campaign calendars and brand voice.
- Assist in campaign development and rollout, collaborating with agencies to execute deliverables on time and on budget.
- Create and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store merchandising vehicles, including briefing designers, coordinating production, managing inventory levels, and facilitating distribution.
- Maintain marketing budget tracking, including PO generation, invoice processing, and monthly budget reconciliations.
- Assist with website and retail ecommerce content updates, ensuring information is current and optimized for engagement.
- Manage coupon program execution, including artwork development, setup and launch, and monthly reconciliation.
- Ensure smooth, timely communication between internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to brand consistency, reviewing marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.
Required training and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business management or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing.
- Experience within consumer products, food or beverage industries or related agencies.
