Our Executive Committee
Executive Chair of the Board of Directors
Nathalie Lassonde is Executive Chair of the Board of Directors since January 1, 2025, and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Prior to her appointment, she served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chair of the Board from May 2019 to August 2024. Following a transition process during which she served as Executive Vice-President and co-chaired the Board of Directors with her father, Mr. Pierre-Paul Lassonde, from September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, she was appointed to her current position.
She joined Lassonde in 2004 as Administrative Director and held various key positions within the organization such as Vice-President, Organizational Effectiveness, and Corporate Director, People and Values.
Before joining the Corporation, Ms. Lassonde worked as an investment advisor for National Bank Financial. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, from HEC Montréal.
Chief Executive Officer
Vincent R. Timpano is Chief Executive Officer of Lassonde Industries. Prior to his appointment to CEO, Mr. Timpano served as President and COO of Lassonde Industries. Previous to this, he was responsible for the companies US operations where he served as President and CEO of Lassonde Pappas & Company, a role he held upon joining Lassonde in 2020. Mr. Timpano has a solid track record as a corporate officer with extensive business experience. Over the past 20 years, he has served in various executive roles, including President, Global Coalitions at Aimia Inc., President of Coca-Cola Canada and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Minute Maid Company Canada.
He has also served on numerous boards, including as Chair, with United Way Toronto. He currently serves on the board of directors with Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits LTD. He also serves on the board with the Napoleon Group of Companies.
Mr. Timpano is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto and received an MBA from the Ivey Business School of the University of Western Ontario.
Chief Financial Officer
Éric Gemme has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lassonde since 2021. In this capacity, he manages all operations and strategies related to corporate finance and the publication of the company’s financial information. He also heads all investor relations activities. Previously, he has held positions at two Lassonde subsidiaries, as Chief Financial Officer of Lassonde Pappas and Company, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Apple & Eve, LLC.
Before joining Lassonde, Mr. Gemme was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Services at BBA Inc., a Canadian engineering consulting firm. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance and Control at Future Electronics Inc., a global electronic components distributor based in Montréal, and Vice President of Finance at the Avionics & Surveillance division of Cobham, PLC, a major aerospace and defense supplier based in the UK. Earlier, he spent over 10 years in various management positions at CAE Inc., Cognicase Inc. and PwC.
Mr. Gemme has a degree in finance and accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal. He also holds several professional titles: CA-CPA (Quebec), CPA (Illinois), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM). He also has an Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Caroline Lemoine is the Chief Legal Officer of Lassonde. She joined the company in 2004 and was appointed Secretary in 2005. She manages the company’s legal affairs, particularly regarding Canadian and US acquisitions, business transactions, litigation and intellectual property. She monitors compliance with laws governing securities and matters of disclosure. She also supports the Board of Directors and actively participates in creating and implementing the company’s governance practices.
Before taking on her current position, she spent three years working for a company selling 3D technology for online clothing sales and seven years in business law at a private practice.
Ms. Lemoine has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mathieu Simard has been Chief Human Resources Officer at Lassonde since 2018. He is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee and oversees the strategic management of talent and organizational culture. He joined Lassonde in 2008 as a recruiter. He then became an HR advisor and, in 2010, Director of Human Resources. From 2015 to 2018, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
Mr. Simard has more than 20 years of human resources experience in the food and beverage industry. Before joining Lassonde, he carried out a variety of mandates as an HR advisor for organizations such as Thomas & Betts, Multi Marques and SAG Ressources humaines.
Mr. Simard is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Human Resources Committee for Groupe entreprises en Santé, a non-profit organization that promotes best practices for health and wellness in the workplace. He holds a bachelor’s in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal.
Chief Information Officer
Minh Quan Dam has been Chief Information Officer since March 2026.
Mr. Dam has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization at major Canadian and international organizations.
Before joining Lassonde, he served as Global CIO at kdc/one, where he made information technology a truly strategic function within an internationally operating organization. He led major initiatives in digital, data, and artificial intelligence, defined and deployed a comprehensive technology transformation strategy, and established a solid organizational foundation in data and AI to support growth and operational excellence. Previously, Mr. Dam spent seven years at Agropur in Saint Hubert, Quebec, where he held senior management positions.
He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Paris Dauphine University – PSL, obtained with high honors, a double degree in project management and business analysis from McGill University.
President, North American Beverage Division
Amanda Burns is President, North American Beverage Division. Previously, she was President, Private Brands at Lassonde since 2023. Prior to joining Lassonde, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Sun-Rype from 2012 to 2019, when Lassonde acquired the business. She continued with the entity until 2021, and then served as Senior Vice President, Finance for Lassonde Pappas & Company and Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, North America.
Ms. Burns has over 20 years of accounting and management experience. Previously, she served as Controller for Syntroleum in Oklahoma and began her career with Grant Thornton.
She completed a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and holds the CPA designation in the United States.
President, Snacks Division
Ms. Lesli Bradley is President of the Lassonde Snacks division since 2021. In this role, she is responsible for leading the snack portfolio, as well as overseeing the Sun-Rype plants in Selah and Wapato Washington. Previously, she was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sun-Rype Products Ltd.
She has over 25 years of experience within the food, beverage and brewing industries. She held a variety of roles with increasing scope and responsibility at Labatt Brewery and InBev North America before joining Sun-Rype in 2006. During her time with Sun-Rype, she has held roles including Plant Manager and Vice President of Operations.
Ms. Bradley completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Degree from University of Phoenix as well as a Biological Sciences Food Technology Diploma with Honours from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She is also a member of the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC Board of Directors.
President, Specialty Foods North America
Jean-Philippe Leblanc is President, Specialty Foods North America, since March 2026.
Before joining Lassonde, Mr. Leblanc held the position of Vice President, Coffee at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada. He also spent over 13 years at Agropur, where he held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Cheese and Butter, General Manager of the Yogurt category, and Vice President, Major Accounts. In total, he has more than 20 years of experience, primarily in sales and business development roles, including at Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Procter & Gamble. He began his career in human resources management at Bombardier Inc.
Mr. Leblanc excels at improving profitability, growth, and resilience in organizations. He builds teams of top talent, focusing on agility and efficiency.
He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
Executive Vice-President Finance
Francis Trudeau is Executive Vice-President Finance since March 2026.
Mr. Trudeau has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, having held senior leadership roles in dynamic, growth‑oriented organizations. He was Vice-President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer at BrainBox AI Inc., a Montreal-based AI company, overseeing global financial strategy and operations. Prior to his current tenure, he was the Chief Financial Officer at LGI Healthcare Solutions and held senior leadership roles with Plus Company, Wise Blackman LLC, CGI Inc., and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Trudeau holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) designations, and holds degrees from McGill University, Concordia University, and Université Laval.
Senior Vice-President, Innovation, Quality, Sustainability
Pierre Turner has been Senior Vice-President, Innovation, Quality, Sustainability, at Lassonde since 2014. In this role, he leads North American operations in food quality and safety, oversees strategic development of innovation and ensures delivery of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategies. He also chairs the Risk Management Committee and Capital Assets Committee.
Pierre has over 20 years of management experience in the food processing industry. Before joining Lassonde in 2005, he held a management position for a medical equipment manufacturer and several management positions at Barry Callebaut, both in Canada and abroad.
He has sat on the Board of Directors of Fondation Initia since 2014, serving as its Chair from 2015 to 2020. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Beverage Association since 2017.
Pierre holds a degree in food science and technology from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Vermont.
Vice‑President, Strategy and Corporate Development
Viviane Mercier‑Donatelli is Vice‑President, Strategy and Corporate Development at Lassonde Industries since 2022. In this role, she leads the development of the company’s long‑term strategy, the business planning process, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities, including acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. In this role, she works closely with the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors to support strategic decision‑making, capital allocation decisions, and long-term value creation across the organization.
Prior to joining Lassonde, Ms. Mercier‑Donatelli worked at Roland Berger, a global strategy consulting firm, where she served as a Senior Project Manager, advising senior executives on strategy development, value creation, and transformation initiatives across a range of industries.
Ms. Mercier‑Donatelli holds a Master of Science in Strategy and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from HEC Montréal.
Senior Vice-President, Manufacturing, North America
Stéphane Dubé has been Senior Vice-President, Manufacturing, North America at Lassonde since 2022. In this role, he directs manufacturing operations, including quality and engineering, and ensures that the business needs of various internal stakeholders are met.
He has over 30 years of experience in the food processing industry. He joined Lassonde in 2015 as Vice President Manufacturing for Canada. Previously, he worked for Kraft for 23 years, where he held various management positions, including manufacturing director and plant manager.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in food chemistry from Université Laval and a graduate diploma in management from HEC Montréal.
Senior Vice-President, Supply Chain
Valérie Poitras has been Senior Vice-President, Supply Chain, at Lassonde since 2024. In this role, she is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all activities related to procurement, integrated planning, logistics, and distribution.
Ms. Poitras has built a remarkable career in logistics and supply chain management. Driven by a passion for operational efficiency and network optimization, she has worked in consulting, notably at Deloitte, and at major organizations such as Sobeys and Lowe’s Canada. Throughout her career, Ms. Poitras has contributed to the development of network optimization strategies, led the design and commissioning of distribution centers in the grocery and hardware sectors, and led major implementations of operational systems, including the integration of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Polytechnique Montréal with a Da Vinci profile, including a year spent at the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble as part of a student exchange program.
Business Units Leadership
General Manager, US Branded Beverages and Chief Marketing Officer, NA Beverages
Gabriela Arrillaga is Chief Marketing Officer, NA Beverages and General Manager, US Branded Beverages. Prior to these roles, she was the President of US Brands for Lassonde Pappas & Company. She joined Lassonde in 2015 as Marketing Director for the Apple & Eve brand portfolio, advanced to Senior Director in Portfolio Business Management, and became Vice President of Marketing in 2021.
She has extensive experience in the food and beverage marketing industry. She worked at Kraft Foods from 2009 to 2015 in brand management on a wide array of brands including Kool Aid, Crystal Light, MiO and Stove Top. Prior to that, she started her career in consumer-packaged goods as an Account Manager in the advertising agency world.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business, New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
General Manager, US Branded Specialty Foods
Since 2024, Mike Audi is General Manager, US Branded Specialty Foods. Previously, he served as Executive Vice-President Sales and Marketing for the Zidian Group, acquired by Lassonde in 2024.
During his tenure with the Zidian Group, Mike held key roles such as Vice President of Zidian Specialty Foods and Vice President of National Sales.
With a strong background in restaurant sales and management Mike has navigated national headquarter calls with major U.S. retailers like Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons, and Publix. He played a pivotal role in the development of Gia Russa, G Hughes Sugar Free and Little Italy in the Bronx brands.
Mike is actively involved in his community, serving on various boards of community and school organizations.
General Manager, Beverages Canada
Martin Lauzière is General Manager – Beverages Canada. Since joining Lassonde in 2008, he has held various executive and senior managerial positions in Marketing, Revenue Management, Category Management and Sales Private Label. In the last 2 years, as Senior VP FP&A, he has been playing a key role by directing and overseeing all commercial-related Finance activities across each of Lassonde’s business divisions.
During his FP&A mandate, Mr. Lauzière has also served as Interim Supply Chain VP and as well as leading the integration team following the acquisition of Summer Garden.
Mr. Lauzière holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Université Paris-Dauphine and a certificate from the short program of Project Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
General Manager, Canada Brands, North American Private Label and 3rd Party Brands
Felice Moriello currently serves as General Manager, Canada Brands, North American Private Label and 3rd Party Brands for the Specialty Foods division, a position he has held since 2025. He joined Lassonde in 2023 as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis.
Prior to joining Lassonde, Mr. Moriello held several executive roles in finance and strategic planning, notably at Cirque du Soleil, where he served for several years as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Corporate Strategy. He also developed strong expertise in business planning and business intelligence at Novartis, where he held various management positions. He began his career at Deloitte Canada as an Audit Director, where he developed a strong foundation in financial rigor and governance.
He is a graduate of Concordia University, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in accounting, followed by a Master of Accounting leading to the CPA designation.

It all began with one enterprising couple, Aristide Lassonde and his wife, Georgianna Darcy, and their dream of helping local farmers make use of their surplus crops.
