Lassonde appoints Minh Quan Dam as its first Chief Information Officer
Lassonde Industries Inc. announces the appointment of Minh Quan Dam as its first chief information officer, effective March 23, 2026. In this new role, Dam will oversee Lassonde’s information technology strategy and operations, with a focus on strengthening service delivery, harmonizing processes and advancing systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data capabilities across Canada and the United States.
Dam brings more than 20 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation and enterprise modernization, having held senior roles with major Canadian and global organizations.
Most recently, as Global CIO at kdc/one, he positioned IT as a strategic business partner within a complex global environment. He led digital, data, and AI initiatives, defined and executed a global IT and digital transformation roadmap, and built enterprise‑wide data and AI foundations to support growth and operational excellence. Prior to kdc/one, Minh Quan spent seven years at Agropur in St‑Hubert, QC, where he held progressive senior leadership roles and led initiatives to modernize IT operations, strengthen governance and align technology investments with business priorities.
