With over 21 years of experience, Beata embodies excellence, resilience, and leadership in an ever-changing industry. Since joining Lassonde in 2004 as a business sales analyst, Beata has distinguished herself through her professionalism and determination. She quickly moved into key account management positions, where she built strong and lasting relationships with her clients.

In 2019, she was appointed Sales Director, a role in which she has generated revenue growth. Her proactive and strategic approach has optimized the supply chain, ensuring increased efficiency.

She is often asked to speak at conferences to share her experience and advice.
