The 188,000 ft2 plant was built in 1922 by Welch’s, who remained the sole owner until 1992. In 1993, it was acquired by Ozark Valley Foods. It was then sold to Clement Pappas in 1999, who remained the owner until 2011, when Lassonde acquired Clement Papas.
